Kushnir Tower – Cultural and Business Hub of the Old Town

The project involves restoration and renovation work on the 16th–18th century architectural monument “Kushnirskaya Tower” with its subsequent adaptation into an authentic accommodation facility with a themed restaurant and mini-brewery. The idea combines the preservation of Kamianets-Podilskyi's historical heritage with the development of tourist infrastructure, creating a unique facility that combines the atmosphere of medieval architecture with modern service standards. Vacant industrial and administrative premises (1V Hrushevskoho Avenue)

This plot, along with the buildings on it, is the former Kamianets-Podilskyi Wood-Cutting Tool Plant, which ceased operations in 2009 due to bankruptcy, and its premises were subsequently sold at auction as pledged property of the Joint-Stock Company "State Export-Import Bank of Ukraine".
