The complex is ready for joint operations, lease, or the launch of new production activities.
Industrial park “KAMIANETS”
The creation of an industrial park in the Kamianets-Podilskyi municipal community is a top priority for the city authorities in order to ensure economic development and increase the city's competitiveness, stimulate investment activity, increase employment, and develop modern production and market infrastructure. Accordingly, the issue of creating an industrial park should be considered relevant, important, and a priority for the community.
Revitalization of the TPP complex: Industrial Creative Hub
The complex of non-residential buildings of the former municipal CHP plant, with a total area of 10,174.6 m², together with adjacent land plots covering more than 11 hectares, offers a unique opportunity for the creation of a multifunctional industrial and creative cluster. Thanks to the existing engineering infrastructure and communications, part of the territory is ideally suited for the establishment of an Industrial Park focused on modern manufacturing, logistics, and innovative enterprises. Another part of the complex can be transformed into a space for business, creative industries, urban culture, event management, and conference services. It can host offices, coworking spaces, startup incubators, art venues, exhibition halls, and areas for festivals, concerts, educational and business events. This approach allows for the combination of production, business, and cultural potential, creating a new attraction point for investors, entrepreneurs, creative teams, and city residents. The project aims to attract investment, create new jobs, develop small and medium-sized businesses, and shape a modern urban environment following the example of successful revitalization cases such as !FESTrepublic in Lviv and Art-Zavod Platforma in Kyiv. The implementation of this project will become a strong driver of economic, social, and cultural development for the city.
RECONSTRUCTION OF THE BARRACKS OF THE OLD FORTRESS
