Revitalization of the TPP complex: Industrial Creative Hub

The CHP complex is located on a land plot with an area of 8.5675 hectares (cadastral number 6810400000:09:006:0037), designated for industrial use (code 11.03), and belongs to the territorial community of Kamianets-Podilskyi, represented by the Kamianets-Podilskyi City Council.

The site is provided with access roads and a railway connection.

Utilities: water supply, sewage system, and power networks are located within 50 meters of the site.

The complex of non-residential buildings of the former city CHP, with a total area of 10,174.6 m², and adjacent land plots of over 11 hectares, offers a unique opportunity to create a multifunctional industrial and creative cluster.

Thanks to the available engineering infrastructure and utilities, part of the area is ideally suited for establishing an Industrial Park focused on modern manufacturing, logistics, and innovative enterprises.

Another part of the complex can be transformed into a space for business, creative industries, urban culture, event management, and conference services. It can accommodate offices, coworking spaces, startup incubators, art venues, exhibition halls, and spaces for festivals, concerts, educational, and business events.

This approach combines the industrial, business, and cultural potential of the territory, creating a new point of attraction for investors, entrepreneurs, creative teams, and residents of the city.
